Brief:
Set in a future Philippines, the annual provincial carabao races
adapt to the times. Transformed vehicles take the place of presumably
extinct carabaos: A lowly jeepney (driven by Drayber Swit Laber)
shifts into its hover mode with a turbo booster as big as a molave,
a cybernetic horse (ridden by Kabayo King) leads a Fil-Chinese
inspired kalesa, and the kid-favored sorbetero karitela (the vehicle
of Speedy Sorbetero) is the shell that hides a mean speeding machine
